Bolade Tokunboh Ogunfodun is a graduate of Business Administration and also holds a Master of Business Administration from Bangor University, Wales, United Kingdom. He is an associate member of Chartered Bankers Institute, Scotland, an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and an associate of Chartered institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He also holds a certificate in Senior Executive Programme from London Business School, London, United Kingdom.
He commenced his banking career with Chartered Bank Limited (now Stanbic IBTC) in January 1991 and worked at a number of other banks before he joined First City Merchant Bank Limited (now First City Monument Bank Limited) in September 1997, where he worked in various capacities from banking operations, corporate banking, commercial and retail banking and Public Sector. He was Vice President and Regional head in charge of Lagos and South West. He later joined Seed Capital Microfinance Bank Limited in September 2013 as its Chief Executive Officer, a position he held until he voluntarily resigned in September 2018. He is a chartered banker with varied exposure and experience spanning over 28 years in the financial service Industry.
Mr. Ogunfodun has attended various courses in London Business School (LBS, UK), Queen School of Business, Canada, Euromoney Masterclass and Lagos Business School. He is an alumnus of London Business School.
He currently serves on the Board of several companies.
Adedeji is a graduate of Accounting and holds Master of Business Administration with specialization in Financial Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, (CITN). An Associate of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He bagged the certification in Micro Finance Banking (MCIB), and Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
He has fourteen (14) years working experience, haven started his career at Sosaf & Bas Investment Limited (Accountant) 2008-2013, Kunle Adeniyi & Co (Chartered Accountants) and KAD Associates (Senior Audit and Tax Officer) 2013, Seed Capital Microfinance Bank Limited (Chief Financial Officer) in 2013-2018, Credit Afrique Microfinance Bank Limited (Chief Financial Officer) in 2018 and TrustBanc J6 Microfinance Bank Limited (Formerly Verite Microfinance Bank Limited) 2019-2021(MD/CEO).
He served at various management levels supervising Treasury, Finance, Budgetary, Reporting, Regulatory, Internal Audit & Control, Operations, Human Resources, Risk & Credit, Compliance, Information Technology and Digital Banking.
He has attended various training in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Tax, Management trainings and various workshops. He has bagged various Finance related recognitions such as CFO of the Year, 2016, Finance Rising Star 2017.
Hauwa Nuru has over 30 years post qualification experience in a mixture of Private and Public Sectors covering various aspects of Banking, Finance, Strategy, Treasury, Customer Service, Leadership, Business & Product Development and Administration
Management and has attended various management & development courses at Harvard Business School and Manchester Business School.
She was the General Manager of Finance and Accounts at Eko Electricity Distribution Company where she successfully reorganised and restructured the Finance Department to implement effective standard operating procedures for the department
As a member of the Critical Strategies and Implementation Team, she provided fundamental contributions to innovative projects within the organisation by developing, compiling and assessing new projects which includes the implementation of new policies and procedures and the updating, review and implementation of Regulatory Policies.
Hauwa is presently the Managing Director of Newtech Tapes and Packaging who are the manufacturers of packaging materials including branded sealing carton tapes. She is also a managing partner of Hareedman Business Solutions Limited, a Revenue cycle/change management and energy audit consultancy firm.
Bankole is a member of Nigerian Bar and International Bar Association. He is currently the Administrative Partner of CPL Legal and is a highly focused, resourceful, and meticulous individual with an exemplary leadership and proactive management approach.
He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1993, and was Counsel in the law firm of Olakunle Morohundiya & Co between 1993 and 1996; and an Associate in the law firm of C. I. Anyaegbunam & Co. from 1997 to 2000. In 2001, he had a brief stint with the law firm of Olaniwun Ajayi & Co. before joining the CP Legal as an Associate. In 2008, he was admitted to partnership.
An immensely experienced individual in foreign investments and all aspects of Nigeria’s immigration law practice and procedure, his practice focus also traverses the firm’s commercial litigation practice, with focus on Banking, Corporate Law, Receivership and International Commercial Transactions. He has also attended several trainings and is an Alumni of the Harvard Business School’s Leading Professional Service Firm’s Programme.
Osasumwen Ezekiel has over 30 years of diverse experiences in multi-disciplinary engineering sectors spanning Production, Construction, Project, Maintenance and Operations management, both in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas Industries.
She is a service oriented and focused individual, having overseen many high value projects and assets over the course of her career so far. She is an expert in Change Management and Operational Process Efficiency. Her strong analytical skills have equipped her to solve complex problems in organisations.
Osasumwen has B.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry from the University of Ibadan, M.Sc. Chemistry from the same University, and M.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Lagos She is a registered member of the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), member of Nigerian Society of Engineers, member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, USA, as well as Associate, North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, USA.
She has attended various technical and management courses. She is an alumni of Lagos Business School (LBS) where she attended the Advance Management Programme (AMP).
She is widely travelled and an avid reader.
